I hereby confirm the following;

I had requested Accrue Fund Management Services to provide me a property for a short-term stay in one of the properties managed by them.

I hereby confirm that I am above 18 years of age.

I hereby confirm that I am using the property for bona fide personal use. I shall not use the property for any commercial purposes whatsoever. I shall not use the property for the purpose of making a profit, either for myself or for a third party, by selling goods, etc.

I have submitted a valid ID proof. I am aware that as per government regulations, any foreign guests require a valid passport and valid travel visa for a reservation. All Indian guests MUST present one of the following: Passport copy, valid driving license, Voter ID card or Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not acceptable as proof of ID as per government rules.

I shall not carry out any illegal activity within the premises & peacefully reside during the tenure of my stay. Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the management does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. The management does not accept any liability where any form of loss or damage whether by reason of death, injury, illness or otherwise. Any such loss caused by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond management’s control the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or where any loss or damage is due to an event which we could not have either foreseen or forestalled. The property will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable.

I shall not use the premises for any gatherings or parties of any nature in the property. The management company reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

This reservation is not transferable.

Management reserves the right to send guests away from the property due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies, if Guests do not observe instructions given by the management.

I confirm that the reservation is for accommodation only, the management will not provide any food or drinks.

My luggage & other belongings are completely my responsibilities & the management will not be liable for it. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The management takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

I will bring food and beverage from outside in the property or order food from outside or cook my own meal, the management does not have any liability for the same.

I confirm Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by me. I will always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the management and should avoid breaching the same. I will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.

All the assets and valuables of the property should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The management has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the property (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by me.

Any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not management’s responsibility.

The management is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The management is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised, and the management is not responsible for the property kept in there.

The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

I hereby declare that I am ready to pay any taxes / Cess / GST required as per the government of India in against the accommodation.

I should ensure that the property door is properly always locked & secured. Management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in property or any unwanted person inside the property.

Smoking is prohibited in the premises. Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances classified under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 will be reported to the police immediately. Any evidence or suspicion of drug use at the property will also be reported immediately to the police.

The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate. I have gone through the Terms and Conditions governing my stay in the property and agree to abide by them.
